Returns & Refunds
All prints ordered through tomaks.co.za are made to order, custom-built for each customer's specifications. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has started.
Defects or spec mismatches
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the specifications confirmed at order (size, colour, design), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll repair, reprint, or refund at no cost to you.
Before production
You can cancel or amend your order any time before printing begins. Once printing starts, your payment becomes non-refundable, since materials and machine time are already committed — except where the final piece doesn't conform to the agreed specifications.
Payment terms
Full payment upfront before printing starts.
50% deposit upfront to begin production, with the remaining balance due before delivery or collection.
